AS PASSED
AN ACT

To amend Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to crimes involving dangerous instrumentalities and practices, so as to repeal provisions relating to the crime of discharging a firearm on Sunday; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

SECTION 1.
Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to crimes involving dangerous instrumentalities and practices, is amended by striking Code Section 16_11_105, relating to the crime of discharging a firearm on Sunday, and inserting in its place the following:
"16_11_105.
Reserved."

SECTION 2.
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
