A BILL to amend Chapter 5A of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Department of Community Health, so as to provide for a price schedule of maximum manufacturer prices for patented prescription drugs and certain other drugs sold in this state for use with humans; to define certain terms; to provide for the implementation and enforcement by the Department of Community Health; to provide for establishment of the maximum price schedule by the Public Service Commission; and for other purposes.
