ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To amend the several Acts relating to and incorporating the
Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah, so as to change and expand the
corporate limits of the City of Savannah; to provide for related matters; to
provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
GEORGIA:
SECTION 1.
The several Acts relating to and incorporating the Mayor and
Aldermen of the City of Savannah are amended so that the city limits of the City
of Savannah, known as the "Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah," in
addition to all the territory, land, and improvements now included in the
corporate limits of the City of Savannah shall be extended to include all of the
territory, land, and improvements located within the following described
boundaries, to-wit:
