A BILL to amend Code Section 43-14-13 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the applicability of Chapter 14 of Title 43 pertaining to electrical contractors, plumbers, conditioned air contractors, low-voltage contractors, so as to provide that such chapter shall not apply to the installation, alteration, or repair of manhole rings, covers, or valve boxes due to road construction and repair; and for other purposes.
